A customer favorite, our whipped honey is a creamy, spreadable honey that comes in a lots of different flavors.
How is it made? To make whipped honey we take our wildflower honey and age it until the honey begins to crystalize, then we add fair trade fruits and spices and spin them together until the honey is smooth and creamy.
How do you use it?
Whipped honey can be used in a wide variety of ways! Spread it on toast, bagels, English muffins or waffles. It is a perfect addition to your favorite coffee or tea. Our personal favorite is on a charcuterie board with your favorite cheeses. The possibilities are endless.
Should it be refrigerated?
Whipped Honey is sensitive to temperatures and should be stored at room temperature. If you find that your honey is not as thick as you would like, storing it in the fridge will make it firmer.
When does it expire?
Whipped Honey, like regular honey, does not expire. We recommend enjoying your honey within 6 months for the best consistency, but it does not expire.
